  1. I’ve always felt very self conscious of body and that has prevented me from trying to work out on my own. I like the idea of having a personal trainer to show me the ropes and show me the best ways to work out. That’s why I like how you mention that one of the other many benefits of hiring a personal trainer is that you will feel safer and more comfortable in a private gym setting because someone is there to support you.
