The semi private or 2 on 1 training is given for 1 hour. Two on One training allows us to help you break through barriers and continue to get your life back in balance and achieve every fitness success possible. We maximize every minute by mixing up each workout with circuits that include resistance training and aerobic conditioning all in the same hour. This type of high intensity interval training has been shown to not only maximize calorie burn during the workout, but to also give you the longest metabolic afterburn so that you can continue your progress even after the workout has ended.

These type of training option can be done at your on time and schedule. If you’re a beginner, Mariela will know how to work you into the group and monitor your progression so that you never feel intimidated or left out. The group personal training session are limited to 3 or 4 so you get the individual attention you need with the benefits of group support and camaraderie.

As a certified Personal Trainer I work with a broad range of people from ages 6 – 77 years old . I specialized in working with healthy adults, youth, older adults and special populations. I have experience with healthy weight loss management programs for both men and women, senior fitness, and clients with health concerns such as arthritis, joint issues, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, osteoporosis, spina bifida, low back pain, stroke, and cancer patients, back injuries, hip replacement, knee replacement. We also deal with the effects of stress, the losses of strength and functional ability. My purpose is to maintain or improve your quality of life. My goal is to enhance your health and fitness lifestyle!

Fitness Lifestyle offers senior fitness programs for older adults and special populations. We can come to the convenience of your home. Our sessions are 1 hour sessions or less depending on the level of the client. We work closely on post-rehab programs, we communicate closely with the doctors or physical therapists to help you improve and strengthen your body. We help you deal with the effects of stress and the loss of strength and functional ability. Our purpose is to maintain or improve your quality of life.
